Usia yang sudah renta dan hidup di usia senja, membuat kehidupan Satiyamah (85), sangat memilukan.


Warga Dusun Randukerto, Desa Rebalas, Kecamatan Grati, Kabupaten Pasuruan ini hidup sebatang kara di rumah yang sangat tak layak. Namun sayang nenek Satiyamah luput dari perhatian pemerintah.
Nenek Satiyamah tinggal di rumah reyot. Bangunan berukuran 3×6 meter itu kondisinya lebih buruk dari kandang.
Rumah tersebut terbuat dari bambu. Bangunannya sudah miring dan ringkih sehingga rawan ambruk.
Dindingnya terbuat dari anyaman bambu sudah bolong-bolong dan rusak. Atap dari seng sudah berkarat dan banyak lubang.
Lantai rumah dari semen, tapi sudah rusak dan bercampur tanah. Kondisi dalam rumah Satiyamah lebih memprihatinkan.
Tempat tidur untuk merebahkan tubuhnya yang renta sudah hampir ambruk. Tak ada kasur untuk menopang tubuh lemah Satiyamah.
Perabotan rumah tangga di dalam rumah juga membuat miris. Beberapa perabotan dari plastik yang sudah kusam berserakan dan tak terurus.
Dengan ketabahan dan kesabarannya yang luar biasa, nenek Satiyamah tinggal dan bertahan hidup di dalam gubuk tersebut.
Selama ini dia masak dengan tungku tanah liat. Dia mengandalkan ranting dan dahan kayu untuk menyalakan api.
Di penghujung usianya yang semakin redup, ia harus berjuang sendirian memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari.
Satiyamah tetap bekerja sebagai buruh mengumpulkan buah kapuk yang rontok. Bahkan ia kadang bekerja sebagai buruh tani meski tubuhnya tak sekuat lagi.
Satiyamah pun mengutarakan kekhawatiran dan was-was bila rumah kayu reyotnya ambruk.
Apalagi saat musim hujan tiba. Meski selalu khawatir, Satiyamah tak punya pilihan. Rumah reyot itu satu-satunya tempat ia terlindung
“Takut ambruk,” ujar Satiyamah.
Dia mengaku setiap malam kedinginan karena angin masuk dari segala penjuru rumah yang berlubang. Saat hujan, air masuk dalam rumah karena banyak atap yang bocor.
Meski kondisinya sangat memilukan, Satiyamah mengaku tidak pernah mendapatkan bantuan dari pemerintah.
Padahal, ia seharusnya diprioritaskan untuk mendapat berbagai bantuan sosial.

“Nggak oleh (Nggak dapat bantuan),” tuturnya.
Perihal Satiyamah yang tidak pernah mendapat bantuan dibenarkan tetangganya.
“Nggak pernah dapat bantuan si nenek. Kasihan nenek. Hidup sendiri begini,” ujar Samsudin, salah satu tetangganya.
Samsudin sendiri selalu berusaha membantu Satiyamah, baik mengangkat perabotan, membetulkan atap atau pekerjaan berat lainnya.
Ia berharap Satiyamah mendapat perhatian dari pemerintah. Sehingga bisa menghabiskan sisa hidupnya dengan keadaan lebih baik dan nyaman.
