Wanita yang kesehariannya berprofesi sebagai wanita penjaga warung itu tewas setelah mengajak mengajak berhubungan itim.
Terlebih, saat ditemukan jasad wanita penjaga warung bernama Tumarni dalam kondisi tanpa busana di dalam warung yang terletak di Desa Wanarejen Utara, Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Pemalang, Jawa Tengah.

Bahkan, jasad korban Tumarni sudah banyak dihinggapi oleh serangga.
Wanita asal Desa Brenggong, Kabupaten Purworejo tersebut rupanya tewas setelah berhubungan intim.
Polisi pun saat ini sudah menetapkan satu keluarga sebagai tersangka dalam kasus tersebut.
Hubungan intim tersebut itu dilakukan di dalam warung milik korban.
Kapolres Pemalang AKBP Kristanto Yoga Darmawan, menuturkan pelaku sempat ditawari berhubungan intim saat berkunjung ke warung.
“Karena perselisihan usai berhubungan intim, pelaku menghabiskan nyawa korban di tempat ia berhubungan intim,” tuturnya seperti dikutip TribunnewsBogor.com dari tribun Jateng, Senin (12/11/2019).
Merujuk pada kasus itu, AKBP Kristanto menjelaskan, pelaku dijerat pasal 338 KUHP dengan ancaman kurungan maksimal 12 tahun.
“Untuk istri sirih dan anak pelaku masih dilakukan pemeriksaan intensif karena mereka punya peran berbeda dalam kasus ini,” tambahnya.

Ditangkap di JakartaSeorang tersangka berhasil diringkus di Jakarta pada Minggu (10/11/2019) disekitaran Pasar Senen.
Menurut Kapolres Pemalang AKBP Kristanto Yoga Darmawan, pelaku tidak hanya satu orang.
Namun, sebanyak 3 orang yakni suami, istri dan anaknya.
“Pelaku ada tiga orang dan mereka merupakan satu Keluarga, ketiganya punya peran masing-masing,” paparnya kepada TribunJateng.com melalui sambungan telepon, Senin (11/11/2019).
Diterangkan AKBP Kristanto, anak dan Istri pelaku diamankan petugas Sabtu (9/11/2019) di wilayah Kabupaten Pekalongan.
“Dari informasi anak dan istri siri pelaku, petugas bergerak ke Jakarta,” jelasnya.
Peran Para PelakuKapolres Pemalang AKBP Kristanto Yoga Darmawan pelaku yang merupakan satu keluarga ini memiliki peran masing-masing dalam kasus kematian seorang wanita penjaga warung di Pemalang.
Menurut AKBP Kristanto, sang eksekutor merupakan kepala keluarga berinisial IR.
“Sementara Istri pelaku berinisial C melucuti pakaian korban, serta membuang barang bukti,” ucapnya.
Tak hanya Istri pelaku, menurut Kapolres Pemalang, anak pelaku berinisial OW ikut dalam tindak kriminal itu.
“Anak pelaku menjual telepon genggam korban usai kejadian, uangnya untuk membiayai pelaku berangkat ke Jakarta,” katanya.
Warung Hanya Buka Saat MalamMengutip sumber yang sama, sebuah warung kayu yang dipasang garis Polisi seolah menjadi magnet bagi mereka.

Warung itu merupakan lokasi ditemukan jenazah wanita tanpa busana, Rabu (6/11/2019) lalu.
Meski terlihat kecil, namun di dalam warung kayu berwarna putih itu terdapat satu kamar selain ruang untuk berdagang.
Menurut Sani (25) penjaga warung yang ada di sekitar lokasi, tempat ditemukannya jenazah Tumarni yang akrab di sapa “Mbak Rini” hanya buka saat malam hari.
“Memang warung yang dijaga Mbak Rini bukanya malam hari,” jelasnya kepada Tribunjateng.com, Kamis (7/11/2019) sore.
Disinyalir Warung Remang-remangKendaraan pribadi banyak yang mampir kalau warung itu buka.
“Ya kalau aktivitas di dalamnya saya kurang tahu, yang jelas setiap buka banyak mobil pribadi mampir,” kata Sani melanjutkan.
Ia juga menuturkan, pencahayaan di warung kurang terang.
“Jadi terkesan remang remang kalau warungnya buka, entah disengaja lampu dibuat seperti itu atau tidak saya kurang paham,” jelasnya.
Terpisah, Kepala Satpol PP Kabupaten Pemalang, Wahyu Sukarno, saat dihubungi lewat sambungan telepon, menjelaskan, di lokasi penemuan jenazah acap kali digunakan untuk praktik prostitusi.
“Bahkan Satpol PP Kabupaten Pemalang beberapa kali melakukan penertiban, namun mereka tetap membuka praktik seperti itu. Tidak hanya satu warung bahkan ada beberapa,” ucapnya.
