40 puluh tahun membesarkan 13 anak sendiri karena suami meninggal, Siti Rohaya (83) atau akrab dipanggil Amih, tak pernah mengeluh. Ia berhasil menyekolahkan seluruh anaknya hingga sarjana. Sayang, di usia senjanya, ia digugat anak kandungnya sendiri ke pengadilan. Masalahnya sepele. Utang Rp 20 juta.

Suami Amih, Adang Ranudinata meninggal tahun 1976. Sejak saat itu ia membesarkan anak-anaknya sendiri. "Saya didik anak sendiri, karena suami meninggal. Kini semua anak saya sarjana semuanya," ujar Amih saat ditemui di rumah anak bungsunya di Kelurahan Muara Sanding, Garut Kota, Garut, Jum'at (24/03/2017).

Ia mengaku tak berat mendidik anak-anaknya. Sejak kecil, mereka dididik mandiri dan gotong royong. "Kuncinya adalah gotong royong. Jadi kakak-kakaknya yang sudah sukses membantu adiknya yang masih sekolah dan kuliah waktu itu. Ya alhamdulillah sekarang semuanya sudah sukses dan udah berkeluarga," ungkap Amih.

Karena itu ia tak menyangka, salahsatu anaknya, Yani Suryani yang merupakan anak kesembilan, menggugatnya. "Amih mah enggak nyangka anak yang disayang Amih itu malah menggugat ke pengadilan," ungkap Amih sambil mengusap air matanya. Meski begitu, ia mengaku tak tertekan dengan kasus ini. "Yakin aja Allah selalu bersama Amih, jika ada ujian sebesar kapal, maka nikmat Allah itu seluas lautan," tuturnya bijak.

Seperti diketahui, Yani Suryani dan suaminya Handoko menggugat Amih ke pengadilan negeri. Mereka menuntut Rp 1,8 miliar karena utang Rp 20 juta yang belum terbayar. Itu pun sebenarnya bukan utang Amih.

Kasus ini bermula pada 2001 lalu. Salahsatu anak Amih, Asep meminjam uang kepada Yani dan suaminya sekitar Rp 42 juta. Saat meminjam, Asep menjaminkan sertifikat rumah Amih. Namun hingga saat ini Asep baru melunasi sebagian utangnya.

Karena tak kunjung dibayar, Yani pun 'menagih' kepada Amih. Amih diminta menandatangani surat pernyataan bahwa Amih lah yang berutang kepada Yani. Akhirnya Yani menggugat Amih ke Pengadilan. Ia meminta Rp 1,8 miliar untuk kerugian materil dan immateril.
